Refund & Return Policy

At Talkingradio.net, we aim to ensure that you're satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund and return policy below for clarity on cancellations, defective items, and returns based on customer remorse.


Order Cancellations

We accept cancellations on orders prior to shipment.
To cancel your unshipped order:

  1. Email us at dylan@talkingradio.net with your order number and "Cancel Order" in the subject line.

  2. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

  3. If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our return process instead.


Returns for Defective Products

We do accept returns for products that are incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective.

Return Method:

  • Returns are accepted by mail only.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at dylan@talkingradio.net with your order number and a clear description (and photo if applicable) of the issue.

  2. Once approved, we will provide you with a downloadable return label via email.

  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging and drop it off at your nearest courier location.

Return Shipping:

  • We cover the cost of return shipping for defective or damaged products.

  • A downloadable return label is provided once your return request is approved.

Return Timeline:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your product.

  • We do not accept returns of used products.

  • We do not charge a restocking fee for defective returns.

Refund Details:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • We do refund the original shipping cost.

  • Refunds are issued using the same payment method used at checkout.


Returns for Customer Remorse

If you ordered the wrong item, it doesn’t fit your needs, or you’ve simply changed your mind, we understand.

Return Method:

  • Returns are accepted by mail only.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at dylan@talkingradio.net within 30 days of receiving your product.

  2. Include your order number and reason for return.

  3. If approved, you will need to create your own return label and send the product back to the address provided.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in cases of buyer’s remorse.

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels for such returns.

Return Timeline:

  • Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • We do not accept returns of used products.

  • A restocking fee of 10% may apply to returned items in this category.
