Shipping Policy

At Talkingradio.net, we aim to deliver your order quickly, securely, and affordably. Below you'll find all the information you need about our shipping timelines, digital delivery for courses, and courier options.

Order Processing Time

  • Physical product orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of receiving payment.

  • Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Online Courses & Digital Delivery

All online courses purchased through our website are automatically registered to our learning platform, TalentLMS.

  • Within minutes of completing your purchase, you will receive an automated email from TalentLMS containing your unique registration link and login details.

  • Please check your inbox and spam/junk folders for this email.

  • If you do not receive your registration link within 30 minutes, contact us at dylan@talkingradio.net.

No physical shipping is required for course purchases.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times (Physical Products)

We currently ship to all major regions within South Africa. Delivery timelines vary based on your location:

Shipping Option Delivery Time
Standard Courier 2–5 business days
Express Shipping 1–2 business days

Note: Rural and outlying areas may require additional delivery time.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: R65 flat rate

  • Express Shipping: R120 flat rate

  • Free Shipping on orders over R750

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed or arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us at dylan@talkingradio.net with your order number and details.

  2. We will investigate with the courier and work to resolve the issue promptly.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or other delivery issue:

  • We will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional shipping charges may apply).

  • If no response is received within 7 days, the order will be cancelled and refunded, minus the shipping cost.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. If you're outside South Africa and would like to place an order, please email dylan@talkingradio.net for possible arrangements.
